Mom, meet Vegas… Vegas, meet Mom!

I don’t think I’ve done that much here since I first visited!!  I am EXHAUSTED!  How can parents do that?  They’re the older ones!  If anyone wants to know about anything below… let me know.  This is all the stuff we crammed in this past week… I’m sure i forgot something lol.  Most of the pictures from this week are here: Mom, Meet Vegas.  I split out some of the sets like Red Rock and Hoover Dam; links below.

Sexy Lifeguards, Foxy Love, and Studio 54

Seriously, the best Halloween ever. Michael and I went to Studio 54 Wednesday night for their Halloween Party, the Beaux Arts Ball. Click the pics to see all the pictures from that night. Ended up not getting home until 6 am only to wake up two hours later to have to deal with escalations at work all day - but it was sooooo worth it. Already planning next years outfit. Who wants to do the group contest with us?!?!

Gay’d out!

The past two weeks have been uber-fun. Last weekend was DC Pride and although I felt somewhat out of place at the party I attended on Saturday, I still had a pretty decent time. I got some pretty good pictures - not as many as I had the years before; but all in all, a good time. Met some new friends and had an interesting time at Cobalt. Didn’t end up getting home until about 2 am - then headed out Sunday for the festival.

Margaritas! This past weekend was Baltimore Pride so I went to the block party with Jason on Saturday for that. Had an awesome time and enjoyed a delicious pitcher of margarita. :) I ran into a few people I knew and so did he… we decided to get some dinner with a friend of his and after waiting for over 15 minutes only to have the “waiter” tell us that he could “get someone else” if we wanted when we asked if he was our waiter - we decided to get some sushi. I ended up ordering too much, but it was a nice change of pace. We ended up just chillin’ out after that and I got to sleep in.

All in all, it was a good Pride weekend(s). I wonder if the west coast can do it better… ;-)
