temperantia e fiducia sui

Seeing as how Microsoft SUCKS and IE crashed while I was writing this the last time, I have to write it again, so here goes… *mumbles* stupid ‘puter *mumbles*

S.I.N. (Sexy Individuals Nurturing One Another)…
Hmmm… Shouldn’t it be S.I.N.O.A… oh well… my roommate and a few of his friends, of whom I’ve yet to meet, have created this club, which I’ve been inducted into… sounds like fun, there better be alcohol and food at the meetings; oh and Chris? for my t-shirt, my number is 10 ;-)

Apartment Bliss…
Saturday’s the big day… MOVE-IN DAY!!! Finally found a place to move to! Well, Chris, my roommate, found it… good job Chris! I did have to compromise though; it’s a bit further south than I had originally planned to move, and a lil pricy, but it’ll do just fine. It’s called *eh hem, fancy rich accent* “The Chateau,” now how can you go wrong with a place called “The Chateau?” Just hope Herbie holds up for a while. Can’t wait to move in though, don’t have everything packed yet, but Saturday is going to be great. After Chris and I get our stuff in the place, we’re headed to IKEA for a shopping spree!!!! We both need to buy beds, and I need to get a new desk. This one is too big to move. I wonder how Mom is going to be after I move out; probably jumping for joy. She usually has put in her 2 cents by now, if not more; but she’s been awfully quiet since she found out I move this Saturday. I just hope I don’t become an “outsider” to this household. I already feel as though I’m not much part of the family anymore.

Somewhat disturbing…
Passing along a link which was in a friend’s journal… take a look: http://www.womenswallstreet.com/WWS/article_landing.aspx?titleid=1&articleid=711

the stylish pimpings of the slightly less than sane…

Another excerpt from Adam’s Journal (I just can’t get enough!)…

Alright, an explanation is in order here. As I have been reading a great amount and relaxing with friends and the like, I have rediscovered a favorite of mine. When I was little, I was obsessed with the care bears (Grumpy Bear - featured above - was indeed my favorite). Aside from the heart imprinted on the butt, and the sad rain drops, the Care Bears really have it made. Despite the fact that they are possibly the cutest emblems of a childhood past, I think if everyone just watched an episode of the care bears…maybe this world would be a better place? Doubtful, but so, so, so great. Look at his paws and feet - if you still hate the world after looking at Grumpy Bear - you have major issues. Don’t argue, you do.

… my back hurts :( … time for bed … g’night
